Spiritual Direction, as I was trained in it, is an ancient ministry, a unique one-to-one relationship in which a trained person assists another in the search for an ever-closer union of love with the divine. My orientation to spiritual direction is contemplative, with emphasis on tapping the mystical aspects of the world’s spiritual traditions. I offer Spiritual Direction as a free service to the community.

As a spiritual director, I meet regularly with those coming to share their spiritual journey. I do not impose my will or agenda on others; rather, I listen carefully to the unfolding life of the other before me, so as to help them discern the ways in which the divine is leading them. Part of my commitment to those who come to me for this service is to be in spiritual direction myself, to seek consultation, and to nurture my own relationship with the divine. Spiritual Direction is a service I offer to the community with no charge. I have a limited availability for this service as I usually limit my commitment to three or four persons at a time.
